This year Meganesport.net have teamed up with the French Car Show and World Series by Renault (WSR) to raise money for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA).
It all started in September 2007 when a member on the site lost his life through a car accident near to his home. Will was 18 years old and a keen Renault Enthusiast, following in the footsteps of his father, Steve and his older brother James. The day Will died was the start of the Renault World Series, which the whole family and club were looking forward to attending. From that day, it changed the lives of hundreds if not thousands of people, which caused a spark for more awareness and more good to be done. Renault have already played a key part to this by producing a one off colour in a limited run of only 500 RenaultSport 197 F1 Team R27. The car is the only one out of 500 built for the UK market in Glacier white and has gone to Wills brother, James. This being number 500. click here for the Renault Press release This is set to continue for this years French Car Show and World Series by Renault, by having a prize draw raffle at each event. Please visit www.Will-i-am.org.uk for more details. For those not able to attend the events or just want to help raise money for such a good cause donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Warwickshire And Northamptonshire Air Ambulance will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.
