I finished the FLora London Marathon in 5:28:14, exhausted but in one piece.

As Vinnie Jones says "its been emotional".

It is not too late to sponsor me online. As some of you know my son William was born prematurely at 31 weeks, weighing 1.84 Kgs (just under 4 Lbs). He had a very rough time when he was tiny, undergoing lumber punctures, being tube fed, and having operations before he was 3 months old. He is now fighting fit and will be nearly 3 by the time I run the Marathon.

I decided to run the marathon for Bliss.
For those who know me, you will realise what a commitment this is for me. I wanted to pay back some of the effort that all the medical staff put into making William the little boy that he is now, and the support that they gave to Jane (my wife), and our extended families.

Sponsoring me on line is the most efficient way for me to raise funds for BLISS. If you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at no cost to you.
