I am attempting to finish the Ironman in under the 17 hours timescale allowed, you can help me to do this by donating and leaving me with a nice inspirational message.

I am competing in honour of Dee Heymerdinger who did an incredible job of rasing money for Macmillan and ironically died of cancer recently. It is my honour to be swimming, cycling and running in her name.

The training is going well and there is just 32 days to go, please dig deep and make a donation. I know these are hard times for many but it is harder for those people and their families who have to suffer with cancer.

Just had a £1000 pledge this morning! WOW! That will make me run a bit faster.
