Story

I am sorry you are unable to attend the 2013 WOMAC Party but thank you for visiting our JustGiving site to make a donation.

For 2013, WOMAC has pledged its support to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund. This charity seeks to defeat pancreatic cancer by funding and promoting innovative research into the disease - research that will lead to the development of more effective detection and treatment.

PCRF directly funds research into the disease by offering grants to researchers in universities, research institutes and hospitals in the UK and Ireland. It encourages major funding organisations and the research community to give pancreatic cancer greater attention.

Your support will help fund a research project at Barts Cancer Institute, examining the role of regulatory B cells with the aim to design new immune therapies and improve the care of pancreatic cancer patients.

Please visit www.pcrf.org.uk for more details.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to WOMAC and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thank you so much for your donation, we are very grateful for your support.

WOMAC is made up of volunteers, all working in the automotive industry who raise money every year for cancer charities. For more details please visit www.womac.co.uk.
