Working Families is a national charity which supports working parents and carers. They also help employers and policy-makers create workplaces that foster family-friendly working practices and work-life balance for everyone. Their freephone legal helpline for parents on low incomes helps over 6,000 families a year facing huge challenges and has been described as a "lifeline".
