ATOURS 23/4/88 - 20/8/07
This page has been set up in memory of Atours, a very successful racehorse with many wins to his credit and the sweetest of natures. On his retirement from racing,Atours was rehomed to me in 2000 by the founders of The Racehorse Sanctuary and I was lucky enough to have been 'his human' for seven wonderful years.The French/English translation of Atours is 'finery' and I believe there was no finer than this lovely horse with his big heart and even bigger personality.
