All individual sponsors to donate before the 10th of October 2011 will be entered to win a whole crapload of games! The winning sponsors will be emailed soon after the draw closes with a Steam download code, so make sure you leave a valid email address if you want to take part.
At 6pm on Saturday the 8th October 2011 I will embark on a 24-hour gaming marathon in aid of Edinburgh's Sick Kids Friends Foundation. I will be joined locally by Sir Ventricle and online by vk819. Some examples of where the cash goes:
- £10 raised pays for hospital welcome presents for 5 sick children
- £300 provides over 100 parents with a bed for the night so that they can be close to their sick child
- £1000 raised funds the Sick Kids Drop In Centre for two whole days
- £10,000 pays for KIDSnet Lothians' Sick Kids computer network for a whole year
