Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page of Young Enterprise in Cornwall.

We are part of the charity Young Enterprise South West, and we work with over 40 schools in the County, providing students with a chance to learn about business, the world of work and their place in society.

Our programmes aim to provide young people from the age of 4 to 25 with the chance to work with a wide range of volunteers, including business owners, accountants and solicitors, training providers and individuals involved in the tourism sector in the County.

We provide programmes and materials which enhance young peoples understanding about the world around them, regardless of their academic ability or home environment. The programmes also allow students to work as a team, to learn new skills and to raise their personal self esteem.

In Cornwall we want to raise £5000 by the end of 2010 to fund more programmes and training events across the County, so that we can reach students who have up to now not had access to Young Enterprise activities.
