This year I have decided to take on the biggest physical challenge so far,  The Three peaks challenge. For those of you who haven't heard of it, I have to climb Mount Snowdon (1085m / 3560ft) , Scarfell Pike (978m / 3210ft) and Ben Nevis (1344m / 4409ft) all within 24 hours !

I have chosen this charity as it does both general research into Cancer but also because it supports research in Male cancers, an area often overlooked and under supported.

We will all at some point in our lifes be affected by this terrible condition and would like to give a special mention to the following people in my life:

Toni (age 25) & Sonia (39) - passed away, my mum - successfully beaten it and Sheila Saunders, currently putting up one hell of a fight.
