My story

 

Times are hard at HULA and winter is coming upon us fast.  The number of volunteers actually helping out on site has fallen and prices are increasing at a frightening rate.  Added to this we seem to be taking in more and more animals with medical problems and as you know, HULA has a non-destruction policy which we are very proud of and will fight to keep. 

Our thanks go to those of you who already give a regular donations either by standing order or other means and to those that help the staff care for the animals, put up posters, help with fund raising events, bake cakes, etc. etc. we are truly grateful to you all but appeal to the rest of you;  a little of your time and/or generosity would make a huge difference to HULA's ability to continue caring for lost and unwanted animals.

I have a phobia of loud bangs. To raise this money i will go to Central Milton Keynes Fireworks Display and sit through 30 minutes of terror for the animals!
