We provide life-enhancing support to the UK's fire & rescue community.

Story

On the 21st September 2018, we are taking on a challenge to walk 100 miles over four days from Aintree Fire Station to the Fire Fighters Charity Rehab centre in Penrith, staying over at different fire stations along the way.

We are looking to raise money and awareness for Fire-fighters who are suffering from mental health issues and need treatment. These men and women who do a very difficult job and are normally the very last to ask for help. The Firefighters Charity offer support for these individuals and it is our hope that we can raise as much as possible to help our friends and colleagues get the help that they need.

The Firefighters Charity support programmes include rehabilitation, recuperation, psychological & nursing across  3 centres. It costs over £8 million a year to meet the needs of our beneficiaries & with no regular government funding they are reliant on donations & fundraising.
