Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

At the start of 2013, I set myself a challenge to run 1,300 miles, enter 13 races and then train for THE marathon, the London marathon in 2014.

I’m pleased to say that at the end of November 2013, I have completed over 1,200 miles (using Endomondo Sports App) and completed the following 12 races:

-          Mad Dog 10k, Southport – 10 Feb 2013

-          Liverpool Half Marathon – 17 March 2013

-          Chester Half Marathon – 12 April 2013

-          Big Welsh Trail 10k, Llandegla Forest – 1 June 2013

-          Mersey Tunnel 10k – 9 June 2013

-          Shrewsbury Half Marathon – 23 June 2013

-          Shawbury 10k – 7 July 2013

-          Ellesmere 10k – 25 August 2013

-          Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon – 15 September 2013

-          Grand Liverpool 10k (Aintree) – 22 September 2013

-          Wirral Half Marathon – 13 October 2013

-          Great Birmingham Run (Half Marathon) – 20 October 2013

I have 100 miles to go and then the Telford 10k (15 December 2013), then start training for London... (already entered the Mad Dog, Rhyl 10m, the Island Half Marathon (Menai) and Liverpool Half Marathon for 2014...

I hope you can spare a moment and see what you can donate to the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, Gobowen. They do fantastic work for the local community and both nationally and internationally.

Thanks for your time

Mark
