On 15 June members of chambers, together with family justice professionals from across Lancashire, will be completing this years Lancashire Family Justice Challenge. The Lancaster Loop Challenge is a 13.75 mile circular walk.  This years challenge is raising money in support of PAUSE, Creating Space for Change. 

Pause works to prevent the damaging consequences of thousands more children being taken into care each year. We work with those who have had, or are at risk of having, their children removed from their care, creating a space for change, allowing women to focus on themselves, sometimes for the first time in their lives.Working intensively with the women, we help build their self-esteem, encourage reflection and support their aspirations around employment and education to enable them to build a more positive future for themselves.
