Right, well, every year I try to do something scary, exciting or just plain mad...  so in a moment of clarity I struck upon a new, efficient and amusing way to cause myself undoubted pain and embarrassment.  All of course in aid of the fantastic, inspiring and worthwhile charity Creative Youth (of which I am a Trustee).

So.... I'm going to undertake a 24 hour Swingball Challenge! I will play Swingball for 24 hours (with a brief 'comfort' / snack break each hour). I will happily play on my own (I had a tough childhood) or, if you think you are good enough and make a donation of over £25 then I will take you on!
