I’m turning 30 (!!), which for me marks an (overdue) opportunity to start doing more for others who need more support in our society, especially those living with anxiety and depression. All of us are only a few degrees of separation away from someone who has attempted to commit, or committed suicide. 

According to Australian not-for-profit Beyond Blue, 3 million Australians are living with anxiety or depression. Beyond Blue work hard to provide critical information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.

In lieu of a party and gifts on March 3rd, I’m inviting you to celebrate my milestone birthday by giving 30for30, a dollar for every year of age! This way you can help others achieve their best mental health, which is the greatest gift of all. Remember, $30 can’t buy you half a bottle Veuve, but it can buy a change in someone’s life.
