Story
A small group of us have decided to attempt the National Three Peaks Challenge. For the unfamiliar, the challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales...in under 24 hours.
The challenge racks up a total of 462 miles of driving, 23 miles of hiking, climbing a total of over 3,000 vertical metres and...0 hours sleep. Sounds like fun right?
We'll be climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, starting around 6pm on April 10th. As it's a 24 hour challenge (including travel time) we have our work cut out to get our backsides up and down those mountains!
We'll keep you up to date on the day through social media with photos and live videos. So you can all enjoy watching us suffer, laugh, moan, and possibly cry! That's worth a donation alone right?
We've chosen to raise money locally for a mental health charity, Oxfordshire Mind. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any one year and this charity helps over 20,000 people with mental health challenges every year.
Any donation, large or small would be massively appreciated :)
