Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Cutty Sark is the world's last surviving tea clipper and the fastest and greatest of her time. Since the start of the London Marathon in 1981 she has been one of the first major landmarks runners have encountered on their route. The money you donate will go towards the ongoing maintenance of the ship, ensuring that this important national icon is preserved for future generations. 2016 projects include the restoration of the life boats, the Captain's gig and the jolly boat, as well as varnishing the ship's original structure, restoring the chicken coops and the navigation lamps.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks for your support!
