But seriously... I've never EVER ran a race in my whole life and I really would like to do something for a charity that I value, and something that I think I can realistically achieve! Who knows, this may be the start of a great hobby (probably not).

My aim is to run the whole 10k in less than 1 hour. That may not sound a lot, but it's a big deal for someone like me! I can't even walk up park street without breaking into a death sweat.
