Hello. My name is Alex Leighton. I have first hand experience of people suffering with dementia. My grandmother was a sufferer as were 2 of her brothers Willie and Jeam respectively. As a young boy I remember visiting her and can recall how she was affected by the illness. I remember the stress this caused family members. So it is appropriate that I am raising money for such a wonderfull charity.
