9am start from the Regain Building Ebbw Vale to
Abertillery sports centre (8.4 miles approx 1hr and 10mins) 20 minute stop to fundraise and replenish.

10:30am Abertillery sports centre to Brynmawr
LAC (6.2miles approx. 1hr) another 20minute stop for fundraising and replenish.

11:50am Brynmawr LAC to Parc Bryn Bach
(7.2miles approx. 1hr 10mins) 1 lap of the lake to fundraise and gain more attention.

1:20pm PBB to Bedwelty House (2.5miles
approx. 20-30mins) 20 minute stop again for fundraising.

2pm Bedwelty to Tredegar sports centre (0.5miles approx. 10mins) 20 minute stop

2:30pm Last leg from Tredegar sports centre
to Ebbw Vale sports centre (5miles approx. 1hr) Finish with 30 miles comic relief finish line. Last part to fund raise.

So we are looking to raise as much money as possible for this great cause!
