The young people that come to us are at the most challenging points in their lives, we aim to build on their strengths and aspirations and help them achieve their potential. This Sleep Easy event is to fundraise for our young people and their future.

Story

Sleep Easy is a great opportunity for people to come together to raise awareness of homelessness and funds to support YMCA Essexs work with vulnerable young people. Participants brave the cold, sleep in a cardboard shelter for one night and get sponsored for their efforts.
