Aggi and Linda are great at marathons. That being - drinking marathons. So Aggi said to Linda one day 'fancy doing a half?' and the training started...

We couldn't decide which charity to raise money for - homeless, elderly, cancer..but then second week in training, with some bad news coming from far away, it all sort of fell in place...

Linda's story: My gran lived a happy and long life. At the age of 91 she had two children, six grandchildren and she even had nine greatgrandchildren. On Saturday 14th of March she went to bed and on Sunday morning she didn't wake up. She passed away in her sleep with my granpa by her side still after 63 years of marriage. She passed away very unexpectedly, but exactly the way she prayed to God - in her sleep with her family next to her.

Linda's gran was lucky enough to have a big family around her, but not everyone does. We are raising money for Friends of the Elderly to help this charity support those who need a companion and a friend in a later life.
