Last year, in an attempt to raise £5,000 for Children's Heart Surgery Fund, I went on a (near impossible) year long challenge to give up Coca Cola for one year. Friends and family thought I was too weak. My will power was severely tested, however I was successful in my challenge. I raised an incredible £4064, not far off my initial target.

As an added initiative, throughout the merry month of May, I also decided to undertake a series of challenges in an attempt to raise even more funds for the wonderful charity. This saw me challenged to run down the street naked (sorry neighbours), write a poem about why I missed Coca-Cola, and learn the dance routine from Beyonce's mega-hit 'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On it)'. At the end of the year I was also challenged to eat approximately 500g of Brussel Sprouts, which I completed in a live video on Facebook.

As my series of challenges raised a significant amount of money towards my final target, I have decided to make myself look like a fool again for the month of May. So, complete with a logo that took 5 minutes to design, I am opening up Challenge Me May 2017!

You can challenge me to do absolutely anything you want, as long as it is within certain rules. 

1) The challenge doesn't cause me or anyone else significant physical or emotional/mental harm.

2) The challenge doesn't offend or upset myself or anyone

3) The challenge you set must fairly reflect the amount you are willing to donate.

You can challenge me on your own, or you can challenge me as a group. I really don't mind what you have me do, although I do have the right to refuse a challenge if I believe it doesn't meet the above criteria. You can submit your challenges either via my Twitter feed (@cocaadam), or on my personal Facebook page.
