I've decided to do a 300 mile ride over 3 days from Old Trafford, Manchester to Priestfield Stadium, Gillingham with my best mate Dave to rise money for the Heart Of Kent Hospice who are currently looking after my mother-in-law Maureen James.

After being diagnosed with terminal cancer 4 years ago, the Heart of Kent Hospice have been on hand to help Maureen with many different aspects of care, help and advice to make day to day life easier and as pain free as possible, for now and in the future.

I have unfortunately lost a few wonderful people in the last few years, my Auntie Sue back in 2006 and a close family friend, Sylvi in 2016, both to cancer. They will both be in my thoughts during this challenge.
