Like all good and bad ideas this one was formulated in the pub thanks to an afternoon with my friend Andy Croxall. Having not run in over ten years when Andy said he was running a 10k in October it sounded like a great idea. So here I am now 7 weeks away and four runs completed since the brilliant idea and hoping to raise some much needed funds and spread awareness of a rare disease that has afflicted our beautiful son and other unfortunate family's.
