Hello everyone. 

I am running the Great North run half marathon 2019 to raise money and awareness for a charity that's quite important for my family. As most of you that are close to me know, my Niece, Gwenno, was born deaf and has never really spoken. She talks using BSL. Sign language isn't something that is used very often in the UK. The BDA is an organisation that is trying to change this and by doing so support deaf people and their families. So, I would be very grateful if you could donate any amount.
