We decided to do the 10k run because I’m interested in getting fitter. Especially after Ben doing Bristol 10k and Liverpool marathon this year. 

I’ve decided I want to raise money for Ty Hapus. 

They’ve helped support my late uncle Mike and his wife Denise. Now they’re supporting my Nan and also helping to offer support for my Mum and Grampy who are looking after my Nan. 

Ty Hapus give my Nan two great days out a week and she absolutely loves it there. I think small local charities are the ones that need help most, they don’t get as many donations or even support as the bigger charities. 

So if you could please donate to a great charity, no matter how big or small it would be greatly appreciated. 

Maybe even pop down to barry island on the 5th of August and offer some support to all the runners. I’ll bloody need it!
