Hi Folks,

My name is Alan Lockhart and for over 20 years I have been proud to serve farming clients and their families as an agronomist and ruminant nutrition advisor. In that time I have seen first hand the strains and pressures that are faced with financial, weather and even personal family issues which can have devastating impacts on farm businesses. For my own mental and physical health I run and in this instance I have decided to use the Belfast Half Marathon event to raise much needed funds for Rural Support NI. I wanted to make sure any money raised was going straight to the source and where it could be used best locally.

Please help me raise some money and most of all awareness of the mental health issues that are impacting our industry. Lets get the conversation started and some help to the people who need it most but more importantly when they need it most!
