Between 6th & 7th July I am attempting to ride 100 miles in 24 hours along the sea front at Stokes Bay.  This is to raise funds for GAFIRS.  It costs £900 to kit out one member of the crew and they do not get paid for what they do.  I go out on the water and it's reassuring to know that those guys will help if I'm in trouble.
