Its 3594 miles from Kabul to Abingdon so rather than run,cycle,row or ski that distance we decided,as keen golfers, to hit a ball all the way back. Of course we are hitting it into a practice net but we researched that the average golfer hits a drive 260 yards so we've used that as our distance which means we'll be hitting the ball 24329 times. At 200 a day each this should take around 60 days!
