Why I'm doing this challenge

As a Charlton fan I'm so proud of Charlton Athletic Community Trust and all it does in our community. From the Upbeats, coaching classes and numerous health initiatives it needs our continued support now more than ever. 

So I'm going to put my running/walking/cycling shoes on in June and cover 50 miles across the month.
