I've decided to do something challenging to push myself to complete a 48km (30 miles) endurance ride in North Wales on the 30th of September. This ride will be the furthest and most difficult myself and Sadie (my horse) have ever completed and will unlikely do again.

I am completing this ride in memory of two beautiful young women who tragically lost their lives to cervical cancer. Firstly my close friend Charlotte Tasker and also Amber Rose Cliff, both taken far too soon.

By completing this ride I hope to not only raise awareness of the importance of cervical smear testing but also supporting #amberslaw.
