We run a free programme for Y10 students to support them to realise their potential

Story

Statistics show that many able state school students from disadvantaged backgrounds do not even consider a university education. Universify Education works to inspire these students to fulfil their potential so that we can close this widening gap to ensure a more diverse university population and normalise university as a choice.

I have been privileged to be a part of Univerisfy since we delivered our first course in 2016-17. As a Universify coach I have seen first hand the incredible impact the programme has on its students. The moment when your coachee realises that their dreams are achievable and then to see them take the steps towards fulfilling those ambitions is indescribable.

I am incredibly proud to be a part of such an amazing cause, I have worked with and met some fantastic people, but most of all I am constantly inspired by our students and their unbelievable journeys.

We offer a bold ambitious programme and as a UK registered Charity with no state funding we rely on the generosity of donations to achieve our aims. For me running for Universify was a must. If I can reach my fundraising target I can cover the cost of one more student attending the programme. That's the ability to provide another student with a life-changing opportunity.
