In October 2012 my best friend  Kris Ledgard passed away suddenly .Life would never be the same again for myself and everybody whos' lives he touched.He was an inspiration to many people .He had a huge passion and enthusiasm for everything he did.All done with kindness and a cheeky humour which was infectious.One of his many passions was for his running and it is with this in mind that i have focussed on getting fit myself and participating in events, starting off with the MK marathon to raise money for charity.Kris was a very talented man and such an amazing buddy.Please help me to raise as much money as we can for this great charity.
