Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year, after a long battle with osteosarcoma, my amazing friend Alex Lewis passed away. Ever since, his family and friends have been fundraising for Bone Cancer Research Trust to raise awareness of primary bone cancer and help fund the amazing work that they do.
It is an honour to have the opportunity to join in the fundraising and take part in the Royal Parks half marathon in Alex's memory and I'm proud to be able to help the charity as much as I can.
A half marathon is going to be a massive challenge for me, but it is nothing compared to what Alex went through. He was so brave, and I know that he'd be amazed and proud of all his family and friends for supporting the cause - thinking of his smiley face will keep me going! I would be so grateful for any donations, of any size. As clichéd as it sounds, every little really does help.
