Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was due to run the marathon in 2020 which was sadly cancelled due to the pandemic. Then in 2021 I was injured so was unable to run.  I am determined to complete this challenge & this year is especially significant  as I turn 50 years old in November. What a way to end my 40's.

Camvet is a small charity based at the Queens Vet School in Cambridge. Camvet helps fund essential equipment and facilities for diagnosing and treating animals that are referred to the hospital. I have been working as a Veterinary Nurse at the Queens Vet school for over 13 years and see how the  money raised through Camvet, benefits the sick & injured  patients we treat.

I am so thankful to all those that contributed to my fundraising back in 2020. With your money and future donation, I will endeavor to cross the 26.2 miles finish line this year!
