A few months ago some of the AECOM Bid Studio thought it would be a great idea to sign up for a 10k obstacle course through cold water and mud. 

While it seems like less of a good idea now (especially seeing as I am yet to start training in earnest...) we are running for Birmingham & Solihull Women's Aid who do vital work supporting women and children affected by domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, FGM or forced marriage. 

We would all be really grateful if you can donate what you can and as a reward I will gladly share race photos of me looking miserable and most likely covered in mud.
