Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising money in aid of a Blue Skye Thinking. This is a charity set up for a wonderful little boy called Skye who sadly only last month lost his battle against brain & spine cancer & the resultant effects of the hard core treatment he received. Skye was only 5 & had his whole life ahead of him. At a time when he & his family should have been looking forward to him starting school & all the excitement that brings, instead they were given the devastating news of his brain tumour & saw a new chapter in all their lives opening.

Skye was brave & resilient throughout all the complex treatments & operations he undertook. He courageously faced experiences that few in adulthood let alone a child should have to deal with. His family with him by his side all the way & his dear younger brother Jesse willing Skye to recover so they could carry on playing as they always had.

Skye was full of life & loved jokes & pranks & as part of his wishes towards the end of his treatment he set himself a challenge to make the longest loom band & the Loom to the Moon campaign which you may well have heard of began. Sadly, Skye will now never know whether he was able to reach his goal, it but dear little Jesse is proudly continuing his brothers challenge in his memory.
