On Sunday 26th February, my friend Katie and I will have travelled to North Wales to try the longest and fastest Zipslide in Europe. We have paid all of the costs ourselves so that all monies raised go to our charities - Deaf Action and Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).

I will have a GoPro on my head for the slide - so hopefully not TOO many swear words as we fly through the air.
