On Saturday 4 May, together, we intend to complete the Tough Mudder Challenge. Most of us do very little exercise, some of us do no exercise. This is going to be very painful.

Personally, training for this has meant early mornings and nights, far less drinking, discipline, all things those who know me know I struggle with.
