So, I'm going to be doing the Tough Mudder, a gruelling 10k run with 20 assault course style obstacles spread out over the 10k. I have an extreme aversion to cold wet mud; lots of which i'll probably be dragging myself through (and apparently an ice pool!). To be honest I think I'm just doing it for the free pint of beer at the end! Focus Allan! As part of a team, with Andrea Janacova, Lawrie Macmillan and Jon Jacobs we will be collecting money for an amazing charity in Scotland called Drake Music Scotland. Donating to Drake Music not only helps musicians with disabilities learn to play and express music but also helps create and utilise innovative technology, teaching and performance techniques to create an all inclusive platform for all to express themselves and grow through music.
