Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Allied Athletes: Nick Donovan, Robin Lee, Howard Leland, Steve Britton...  Chris Brown has joined the team as Nick has had to retire from the competition - due to injury...

Allied Challenger: Ian Wilks, Mark Robinson, Barry Kelly, Ian Scott

This year the event will be held in Wales and both teams will be competing in the challenge.  Our challenge this year is in 3 sections; the first on foot is 8km, and has a height gain of 274m.  The second, on the water, the canoe section has a maximum length of 10km and finally the bike route is 30km long with a maximum height gain of around 798m, plus an obstacle course which will include elements of climbing, crawling, pushing and lifting!  We're sure along the way there will be blood, sweat and tears.... and that'll just be the training...

Please help them and their chosen charity, which this year is Wooden Spoon; with your help they are able to continue to support projects and make a difference to thousands of disadvantaged children and young people nationally and in your local area.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
