In 2019 I met someone who brought significant trauma to my life, I suffered physical and sexual abuse and justice was never achieved. I struggled enormously with the ability to cope with the emotions and memories of what this person did to me but with the help of talk, listen, change I finally had access to some counselling free of charge. My counsellor was great and I'd never even heard of this charity before my amazing IDVA got me referred to them. I want to raise money for them because whilst I was on what felt like a never ending waiting list for other services they were able to give me consistent counselling for 12 weeks completely free. I hope no-one else would be in my situation but if they where I hope they too would be able to get support from them too.
