Story

So, as many will know I've always been interested in mental health, and I'm finally working to help, and in the last 3 months since starting I've only wanted to help more. So as tradition goes, I'm doing my Leeds Abbey Dash (latest I've left it for signing up today, and hoping to beat that 1hr mark!), In hopes that I can bring something back to the job that's brought me the best job satisfaction I've ever had. Any and all donations would be adored!

St Anne’s Community Services provides a wide range of quality services for people who require support for one or more reasons. We work with people who have a learning disability, have mental health problems, have issues around substance use - drugs and/or alcohol - or who are or have been homeless. Services include a variety of housing & accommodation based support and care, day services and community based support. St Anne’s Community Services is a major provider of services across the whole of Yorkshire & the North East. As a charity St Anne’s Community Services promotes independence and support clients to enhance their abilities and skills in order that they can take a more active role in the community. We work in consultation with clients, their families, advocates and other professionals to create a unique ‘Person Centred Plan’. This plan sets objectives which reflects the individual goals and aspirations of clients and sets out the support required to meet these..
