Yep, I have gone completely mad.  Most people I have mentioned this to say 'but...'insert alcoholic beverage of choice'... is the only reason for living in January'.  Well I've decided to temporarily give it up to raise money for the Men's Health Forum who do a host of good things to try and get our blokes into better shape, including running Men's Health Week, providing man MOT's and producing much information and support including Man Manual's on a host of male health issues.  We all know and love them, some live with them, and too many have lost them to illnesses that maybe if they'd taken a bit more care of themselves, would mean they were in far better fettle or even still with us.  Into the bargain I get to see what effects staying off the pop has on my own health.  Yes, Rich would have just shaken his head at me, then gone down the Bell for a beer.  But this charity helps blokes to hopefully help themselves, providing resources written by blokes that are aimed at blokes giving them health support and advice tailored to them........I wonder if there's a man manual for pig headedness, lol!
