The charity is raising money to fund medical research into Alper's Syndrome - a very rare, terminal condition generally found in young children. Sadly, Ryan passed away in June - let's help fund research to prevent other children's lives ending prematurely. 

I've been running for just over a year now, I never expected to be any good at it but, I'm now running half marathons!!  The Great North Run seemed like a good idea at the time but, I forgot,  I'm not too keen on big crowds or hilly routes. I'm going to give it my best shot and with your help raise some money for a fantastic charity.
