I am doing a 10K on the 4th November for the Charlton Athletic Community Trust - a local charity who work in partnership at the heart of the community to improve health, improve education, employment and reduce crime. -take a look at their page and site http://www.cact.org.uk/ if you want to get some more info.

For those of you who don’t know, I have never run a 10K before and although I may talk fast I definitely don’t run fast! I would really appreciate any donations and for you to share this around if possible. Also feel free to come and support me in Greenwich Park on the 4th of November if you want - I will post times and further details later.
