As you may or may not know, my dad has been diagnosed with Cortico Basal Degeneration which is a degenerative brain disease which affects movement, speech and coordination. There is no cure and very little treatment available as it's incredibly rare and not very much is know about it. My dad is part of a clinical study into the effects at Addenbrookes Hospital, and I wanted to do my bit to raise money to help understand his condition.
