School for Parents enables disabled children and empowers parents.  Children are taught a range of skills to prepare them for the future; and their parents learn alongside them whilst being provided with information, practical and emotional support.  More than 90% who attend the pre-school develop the skills and confidence they need to enter mainstream education.

Running a marathon started as a spark of inspiration after watching the London Marathon last year.  I missed out on a ballot place and couldn't secure a charity space. However, since becoming aware of the School for Parents some time ago, I've wanted to do something for them - so here I am.   I've battled with injuries but I feel this is achievable.  Can you support me please?
