Story
I've decided to take on the challange to run 10K every day during the month of November for St Luke's Hospice.
I know a lot of families in the local area that have recieved brilliant care from the hospice and I think it's important to help this continue in whatever way we can.
The Hospice recieve very little to no funding from the Government and it stays open solely by the funding from the General Public. Every single family that I have spoken to have said they wouldn't of been able to cope without the help of the hospice and it gave their loved ones the best quality of life they could of hoped for during their final stages of life.
Please donate anything that you have spare. I've not set an official target but after speaking to the hospice I have an idea of what makes a real difference.
Finally, this ones for you Warby, the guy that introduced Manchester City Football Club to my uncle and whom in return passed the baton on me and my brother. Without him God knows what team I'd of supported. Unfortunatley John died some years ago and spent some of his final days at the Hospice.
This is for you Warb.
